When arriving at our studio, easy parking is available right in front of our space or in surrounding parking lots near Wells Fargo bank or Clean Eatz. To allow everyone enough time to get situated and discuss any concerns/conditions with the teacher, we strongly encourage everyone to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class.
Storage cubicles, located in the lobby, are available to students during their class. Because yoga is practiced barefoot, please remember to take off shoes and socks prior to entering the yoga room. We also have a dressing room and bathroom located down the hallway in the back of the space.
Entering the yoga room
It is advised to arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow for enough time to settle, relax, meditate, and address any questions or concerns with your teacher. If you are tardy, please come in quietly, sign in, and enter the practice area as respectfully as possible.
Teachers typically set up at at the short side of the walls facing the clock, all other places are available and based on a first come, first situated basis. So you may have all the props needed prior to class, it is recommended to ask your teacher about suggested props. The props are located inside the main yoga room and outside the hot yoga room and are available to all students.
Props & equipment
We have all the props and equipment that you need for a yoga practice - mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets and many more! We highly recommend that you bring your own yoga mat, especially for warm or hot yoga. We lend out yoga mats however they are shared. We sell yoga mats and yoga mat towels on site as well.
Be on time, better yet early
We advise our students arrive at least 10 minutes early to get situated. For the peace of mind for our teachers and students, the doors are locked when class begins.
If we haven’t answered any questions you may have, please call or text if you need.
Remember to breathe, smile and enjoy your practice!
